I had trouble too (and this will happen every so often) Run it as administrator - either right click the icon on the desktop or the RT screen and you will be presented with that option. Once it runs that way you can run it normally after that ... until the next time. You can even do this from the program icon if you wish. If that doesn't work, check the permissions on the l folder and all it's sub containers and even if administrators have full access, add yourself specifically with full access
