So I downloaded and installed GPG4Win 2.3.3. After a reboot, I could choose in The Bat under Options - OpenPGP - Choose OpenPGP the version the GNU Privacy Guard... well, actually, TB already had chosen that. :-) Under Preferences I added as the GnuPG External Key Manager the file kleopatra.exe which seems to be the managing GUI. But that file does not start after calling the OpenPGP Manager in The Bat to create the keys. So, I do not know how to go on now. Did not find a beginner step-by-step guide for this.
