Hello Everyone, I am trying to follow the instructions in the help file for synchronising my primary bat with a new voyager bat on my usb. I installed voyager and tested it with a newly set up account and everything works as it should.
I would like to tranfer my whole existing bat to voyager to be available during an upcoming trip. So following the guidelines my Laptop is installation 1, my prime bat is installation 2 and the synch file should be happening on voyager. However each time I try to go through step three, voyager just times out/freezes with the maintenance centre appearing plus hourglass but no further processing. I am not sure if my file size is too big? My USB stick has free space of 3.75 gb - if I look at my TB folder with all accounts and templates, this shows 2.26 GB. Do I need more free space or what am I missing? I also don't see any way to select the accounts for backup with respect to my main Bat.
