ok.
We're currently applying our patches to the latest tcpdump/libpcap version.
We'll put then everything on the cvs when we are pretty sure to avoid code
brockages.

We do not have any constraints on that.
However our addictions do not bring anything new to the tcpdump/libpcap
code. We just add the Win32 support to the main repository in order to avoid
reapplying the win32 patches every time the unix version changes.
I don't know if this is a "mayor change", so that we need to move the
version number to 1.0/4.0 or whatever.
