Forgot to say that when you get to Voice adjustment you need to select Sapi 5 factory from the combo box. When you tab to Voice Person you should then see all your Sapi 5 voices there, so for example on my system all the scansoft voices plus neo speech voices are listed here.

You can also attach profiles to applications if you want but I do not bother with that. 2. Reading around the screen Using Jaws cursor simply use cursor keys to read around the screen. Jaws numpad minus routes Jaws cursor to Pc cursor . I cannot remember the laptop equivalent. Insert up arrow reads the current element. Jaws R toggles various screen restrictions, I normally have this either set to window or unrestricted.
