Well, you are right. If you have ../texmf/source/latex/listings/listings.sty just move it to .../tetex/tex/latex/listings/ and run texhash. When texmf/source/ tree is missing, download listings from CTAN and run latex listings.ins, then copy listings.sty as above. -- Staszek Wawrykiewicz [EMAIL PROTECTED]
