How to Install your Nomad eSIM

Hi Danai Sae-Han,

Thanks for your purchase of your Local Belgium - 7 Days - 1 GB plan!
You can find your order confirmation in the attachment.

Now here's how you get connected! Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or
have stable data connection.
Here is how to get connected in 3 simple steps:

INSTALL before your trip

Step 1:
INSTALL your eSIM anytime before your trip QR Code Installation

Scan the QR code below to install the eSIM on your device (on older Android
devices, you can’t use the camera app - refer to our installation guide for
instructions)
Manual Installation

If you are experiencing issues with the QR code, you can try installing
manually. Please follow the guide and enter the following when prompted:

Step 2:
ACTIVATE the eSIM before you fly Activating the eSIM will start the expiry
of your data plan. Because this step requires WIFI, we recommend activating
just before you fly.

Step 1 - Go to the "Manage" page on the Nomad app or web portal.

Step 2 - Tap on the eSIM you wish to activate (its status will be "Not
Active")

Step 3 - In the eSIM options, tap the “Activate Data Now” button at the
bottom to activate this eSIM. Make sure you have WIFI before trying this
step.
Step 3:
CONNECT at Destination

Step 1 - Go to Settings > Cellular and Turn this line on.

Step 2 - Make sure "Data Roaming" is toggled on and you are selecting the
Nomad eSIM for "Cellular Data".

Step 3 - The eSIM will automatically find and connect to the best local
network for you. If Steps 1 and 2 do not solve your problem,try this: Check
your APN settings here

Please note your plan is supplied by Tele2
Remember: DO NOT Remove this eSIM! This eSIM can only be installed once.
Please do not remove it from your phone once installed.
