I want to improve my score with inline TeX. The result should be look like

But the notes should have indivdual stems, since they are individual
voices.
The b-flat stem should have a "up" direction. The size of the flat signes
should be kept. How can I write this while using only one PMX voice. (The
othe eleven voices are already used).
