Hello Jean-Pierre, with a few fellow musicions we used Jamulus with more or less success. It doesn't have video, only sound.
The software is open source and is available on sourceforge. The biggest problem (for every software) is the latency which depends on the hardware and on the internet connection. We found that the latency is worse in the late afternoon compared to the morning. Maybe using a good audio interface would also improve the latency compared to the sound card integrated in a laptop or desktop PC.
