Lady Heather also works with things like the Trimble Resolution-T and 
Resoultion SMT timing receivers (latest version includes the RES360).  You can 
get a Resolution SMT on Ebay for $25.  I would go with the -SMT rather than the 
-T ... Heather can identify it from the messages it sends.
But that brings up the question of how well the fixes from different receiver 
models match.  Another issue is can your receiver accept user input coordinates 
with enough precision to be worth it?  The tbolt only accepts single precision 
coordinates from the user.  Heather uses a nasty trick to beat double precision 
coordinates into the receiver (i.e. it does single point surveys until one 
happens to be very close to the calculated position).
