wchar_t of TCC is from stddef.h:
typedef __WCHAR_TYPE__ wchar_t;
and
__WCHAR_TYPE__
is defined for platforms in tccdefs.h.
Maybe need to tweak that for your platform.
Look at the alltypes.h...
