There is similar material in Robert Coles' "Lives of Moral Leadership:
Men and Women Who Have Made a Difference", on other students and teachers in
that same situation. Coles also reflects in a very non-self-congratulatory
way on his own motivations when meeting with Bobby Kennedy to try to do
something about hunger in America.
