There is no parallel between administering faked flu shots and the infamous Tuskegee experiments. In the former one only wants to assess if placebos will eventually effectuate getting over a flu. The latter was racially selective,scientists knew that the untreated will eventually lead to syphylitic (sp) brain destruction and death. Besides time may be the critical factor since some people will get over the flu with or without any flu shots.
