http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3944 request.getRemoteAddr() always returning 127.0.0.1 Summary: request.getRemoteAddr() always returning 127.0.0.1 Product: Tomcat 3 Version: 3.3 Release Candidate 1 Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Servlet AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hello, I recently upgraded to tomcat 3.3rc1 and I'm not able any more to detect address of people connecting to my web site since I always get 127.0.0.1 as RemoteAddress and always localhost as RemoteHost. Is it a know issue and is there any work around? I need it also because I do some computation/statistics on network addresses. Thanks for the help and keep up the great work, Alex
