I was going to update my Tomcat from 4.0.19 because it says there is a javac leak in the RELEASE-NOTES. However, I noticed that 4.0.28 says the same thing. Is it fixed/

AFAIK this is no Tomcat issue but a JDK/Javac issue which was fixed in Sun JDK 1.4.
