Move mod_jk.so to your Apache\modules directory.

Add the following code to the bottom of your Apache httpd.conf file.

LoadModule jk_module modules/mod_jk.so
Alias /context C:/Tomcat/webapps/context/htdocs
JkWorkersFile C:/Apache2/conf/workers.properties
JkLogFile C:/Apache2/logs/mod_jk.log
JkLogLevel info
#JkLogLevel debug
JkLogStampFormat "[%a %b %d %H:%M:%S %Y] "
JkOptions +ForwardKeySize +ForwardURICompat -ForwardDirectories
JkRequestLogFormat "%w %V %T"
JkMount /context/servlet/* worker
JkMount /context/*.jsp worker

Where context is your application context root.
