I use jdk 1.5.0 + tomcat 5.5.7. jmx is integrated into jdk.

You need to download
jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7.compat.tar.gz if you plan to run
Tomcat 5.5.7 with jdk 1.4.x jre. Untar it in same
directory as the Tomcat5.5.7 and those jar files
needed will be installed in its normal places.
