Whatever it's running as on the computer. I assume your Tomcat is running as a service? If so, look at the service's 'log on as' information in Admin Tools>Services. My guess is that it's running as LocalSystem, which means you have all privilages locally but *none* on the network - this is dangerous for the local system.
