We use Visual Cafe 4.5 and we run Tomcat under this. You can debug servlets/filters/tomcat under this configuration and it works great for us. Saves a pile of time to be able to run Tomcat like this during development. It's easy to setup. I posted instructions for doing this a while back and it should be in the archives.
