Try touching the JSPs before you run them to make sure that the timestamp is
changed so tomcat knows to re-compile the JSP.

Sometimes happens also to me.
My solution is to empty the folder /tomcat/work
so Tomcat must recompile it.
But i think some gurus here have a better solution.
