As for the error msg, it came from doing a syntax check (i.e. apache.exe -t). It just suddenly appeared the other day. Every thing appears to perform normally but I'll have to keep it in mind if there is a future problem with my vhosts.... "the first has precedence" part of the msg is what bothers me...
