Moving to Tomcat 4.1.18

Hi All,             I am a newbie to 4.1.18. We want to move our system (which is already running in live)to tomcat 4.1.18 from tomcat 3.2.1. Will there be a major work  involve?. How much time it will take?...What will be the major changes?..If you have any documents relating to this, please send it to me.   Any help would be appreciated.   thanks, Ramkumar
