I currently run TC 4.1.12. There are several files defined on a network share that we have to use. With 4.1.12, I edit the setclasspath file to append to the classpath instead of replacing. I also have to add servlet.jar to the classpath because looks like it does not get there automatically. I start via bin/catalina.bat with "start" as a parameter.
I tried this w/5.0.3 with no luck. It looks like I could do what I am used to doing and include common/lib/servlet-api.jar and common/lib/jsp-api.jar, but no luck. I still get exceptions: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.TagAttributeInfo.<init>(Ljava/lang/String;ZLjava/lang/String;ZZ)V It looks like everything is not loaded.
