For U1, the address is: https://one.ubuntu.com/notes . You need to have an account at one.ubuntu.com . In my testing, I first did a sync to U1 from Tomboy, so that U1 would have all of my notes. Then I set up Tomdroid, and did a sync, and it got all the notes from the U1 server. Snowy is an in-development AGPL Django app that implements the same REST API for Tomboy notes as U1 does. You would have to run your own instance, as right there no test server is set up. Eventually Snowy will power a free service called Tomboy Online.
