Yes, thank you, I've been over it, but it doesn't help to explain which
version number we should be sending to the server or how the server
increments version numbers.
It includes documentation of "since".
I appreciate the time that went into writing the documentation but
please forgive me for saying that
>since - an integer specifying a sync revision number
is not quite what I was hoping for of in terms of documentation.
