Some improvements on confirm request in status windows.
The first patch is necessary for translations. For the second one is your
decision to apply or not.
In the second patch I remove the default value of primary parameter.
In my opinion it must be passed obbligatory.
Even the expression:
primary = primary + ?
could be wrong in some languages, for example in spanish a question requires
a reversed question mark at the beginning of sentence as well.
