Add a preface and faq in appendix. In these there are two little problems. The preface is rendered as chapter 1 instead of a simple preface. The pdf version of faq is rendered wrong: question and answer are in the same line. This happens in other definitionlist in the whole manual. I have to undestand better both issues.
