PPP was first thought up and implemented/SOLD by GOLDMAN SACHS where they put together "for sale" US toll roads to raise money for states in financial trouble (instant infusion of cash) selling them to foreign businesses, sweet, sweet deals for everyone, but the public/citizens who owned them and were raped, with huge commissions for Goldman. When you know PPP history you will want to throw up! Then think about Paulson and (former) Goldman employees who are (still or moved into) key positions within the Obama circle just below the surface, or who hold key position in government departments, Goldman is still in control and pulling the strings!
