Currently easytag has an ubuntu specific patch to use gnome-icon- theme-full instead of gnome-icon-theme so it can use this icon, but reading the description of the package split it seems to me that gnome-icon-theme should still "provide" it somehow - even if it gets installed through a dependency on an ubuntu specific icon theme.
