Update the Android section of the roadmap. I've removed the reference to fs_mgr, since that's really part of vold rather than a subset of mount(1), and I've removed the reference to ifconfig because we're already using the toybox ifconfig and the reference in this document to the Android command that it referred to (netcfg) was already removed.
