Anyways when i followed instructions from http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracOnWindowsStandalone i was able to get TRAC working on windows machine although it recommends 0.9b1 version Trac and 2.3.5 Python version totally different what is suggested in http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracOnWindows although both documentation are for windows installation. Someone should update the documentations :) Anyways thanks for the help.
