I just wanted to mention that I've just upgraded from 0.9.<mumble> to 0.10dev (SVN as of about an hour ago) and it was the most painless upgrade of a webapp I've ever done, I think. I know how much effort it takes to get things that simple, and I really appreciate the work that the Trac developers have done to make it Just Work.
The new features in 0.10dev are lurvely, too -- the centralised config stuff (which may have been in 0.9 too, but I never used it) is a godsend -- I highly recommend it to everyone.
