Offline tracks has been an occasional feature request for the tracks
project, but never seriously attempted (asaik). Having looked at the
creative solution in the video, from my perspective, Incorporating the
solution used would be a *major* change. Specifically with the database
driven dynamic content. You'd pretty much need to rewrite the whole
thing. So, for me, given the ubiquity of internet access, it's a
non-starter...
