Andrew, I do not see this bug myself, nor have I come across in any report that I recall.
Bugs are managed in Assembla. If you have not resolved the issue, you can report it as a bug on assembla: http://www.assembla.com/spaces/tracks-tickets/tickets/ You should probably search first to see if it has already been reported.
