The church was never "right" based on its collective understanding of the Message.   In the First Church,  the population was Jewish and the _expression_ of their corporate activity combined the continuation of all that was part of their [Jewish] faith with the addition of the Message of Christ.   They continued to offer sacrifice,  give attention to their priests, observe new moons and sabbaths , and the like.  They did not understand that Christ was the end of the law for righteousness to those who believed.

DH Do you believe that the RCC had the truth but lost it?
Where they the one true church but Apostacized?
