Here is the promised patch to move the plugin docs under their own menu item.
The zip contains: DOCS_PATCH.txt - changes to point to the new docs + j2ee and struts docs from dirs below plus changes to work within the new structure After applying the patch, please remove the following dirs: xdocs/ref/j2ee xdocs/ref/struts When its applied I can finish my docs for the appserver plugin and submit the works of it.
