+1 to starting the process now and you would make an excellent chair so +1 to that too. I assume everyone is going to go off and dive into the documentation (well I am). How about we put a check list up on the wiki so we all get a view of what's going on and what needs to be done by when. I've started one here by copying the checklist from the graduation guide ( http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TUSCANYWIKI/Tuscany+Graduation+Checklist) but we need to work out what we need to do specifically for Tuscany and, of course by, when.
