I believe that we log a warning that an unknown element is encountered. Isn't it sufficient?

The ideal place to catch these exceptions seems to be in the
ExtensibleStAXArtifactProcessor read method, i think it would not be
possible to categorize the exception based on implementation and binding at
this stage.

I believe it would be possible to throw a generic exception saying that this
element is not supported by the runtime as it does not have a suitable
processor to proceed.
