If Orca is now the default in 2.16, have the appropriate modifications 
been made to the assistive technologies control panel to use orca rather 
than gnopernicus?

There are also the current accessibility issues that seem to exist with 
gnome. I haven't checked for the last few days, but gnome, particularly 
gnome-panel is unusable for me with accessibility turned on.
