Sorry, I meant 'Each tab and window border has a narrow corresponding-theme-colored strip at the top'.
If you look at the Clearlooks Classic engine included in Gutsy, you will know what I mean about the strip at the top of a tab. As soon as you select Clearlooks Classic, you will see that the dialog where you select the GTK gets a blue stripe for the tab selected. In case of Clearlooks modern, it is a strip + some gradient in that tab. The difference is that in this theme, the strip is more like a bell curve.
