For to mention, the closed source VB comes with Guest Addition
installer. You need to install it for USB, audio, video and SHARED
FOLDERS (confirmed).
I just checked it, working fine.

So,

1. Install the guest additions, (on VB, click on Devices >> Install
Guest Additions ...)
2. Enable sharing from guest
3. Then follow Shahiduzzamans walkthrough (if you are using Windows as guest).
