Hi all. This bug is ancient but PLEASE NOTICE the following, maybe somebody should report upstream (I don't even have the time to write this :)
I discovered this bug yesterday. I have an old laptop running ipw2100 and connected to any kind of network. Then yesterday I couldn't and discovered this "scheduling firmware restart" in the logs. This machine has windows, I rebooted and... IT DOES NOT WORK UNDER WINDOWS, TOO! So this must be a problem of the firmware. Can somebody confirm that it doesn't work under windows, too? If so, it is intel (if they care at all) that has to upgrade the firmware. I will try tonight if getting far from the AP helps. -- ipw2100 - "Fatal interrupt.
