Manzur, sorry for the late response, but the idea came to me just now.

I suspect the problem originates from the fact that the label of your
usb drive contains a space (SARHAY MP3). Can you confirm that the
problem appears only with this specific USB stick?

If that is the case, try to change the label to something that doesn't contain 
spaces:
sudo mlabel /dev/sdb:sarhay_mp3

** Summary changed:

+ usb stick does not unmount cleanly when vfat label contains spaces
