OK, it just seemed like one since it placed me with another ISP instead
of the one I contract with. It seemed to pick up the stronger signal and
by-pass the static servers. This was using my ISPs dial in numbers and
password. It was more of a "free access" to the internet thing than a
security thing, I guess? Unless it was a form of complete redirect.
