Hi Leann; I just downloaded the latest live CD image and booted from it. The linux-firmware package was installed by default, but I still received a 'firmware not found' error when I plugged in the device.
Is there any other package that may contain this firmware? Normally the firmware is compiled right into the driver, at least it is for the stock kernel. Not sure why it was stripped out of the Ubuntu kernel. Thanks, Steve Leann Ogasawara wrote: > Hi sglow, > > I'm so sorry for the delayed response here.
