This is a bug in the manual page. It starts like this:
.TH "libcucul-ruby-api" 3caca "19 Jun 2008" "Version 0.99.beta13b" "libcaca"
\" -*- nroff -*-
.ad l
.nh
.SH NAME
libcucul-ruby-api \- Libcucul Ruby API
The classes available for libcucul are :
.PP
...
Instead of just launching into a description immediately after the line
reading "libcucul-ruby-api \- Libcucul Ruby API", it should start a new
section first. Something like ".SH DESCRIPTION" would be conventional.
** Changed in: libcaca (Ubuntu)
Sourcepackagename: man-db => libcaca
Importance: Undecided => Low
Status: New => Triaged
