  Steps to duplicate:
  
  1.Open Open Office writer.
  2.Insert short text, for ex: "Line 1". Format Line 1 as Heading
  3.Insert new line, insert another text (Ex: "Line 2"). Format at Heading 1.
  4.Insert table of Contents by using menu Insert/Indexes and Tables/Indexes 
and Tables. Note that checkbox "Protected against manually changes" is checked.
- 5.Save document as "Document is changed to readonly when saving as Microsoft 
Word XP/2000/97.doc"
+ 5.Save document as "Microsoft Word XP/2000/97.doc"
  6.Close document.
  7.Reopen the document. Now you cannot edit the document, error message is pop 
up: "Readonly content cannot be changed. No modifications will be accepted".
  8.From now on, you cannot modify the document any more.

+ Note: Everything work correctly if I uncheck the check box "Protected against 
manually changes" at step 4.
