** Description changed:

Every time I install Hardy, I have to install my wireless driver from
the live CD mode, before installation. If not, I cannot find the
required driver in native installed-to-hdd mode.

  HP Pavilion dv2116wm
  AMD Turion64 X2 1.6 GHz
  Broadcom Wireless Card
  2 GB RAM

  So, if I:
  1. Boot up live CD
  2. Install Ubuntu
  3. Restart
  4. Boot to HDD
  5. Open Restricted drivers manager

No drivers for my Broadcom will be available

  But, If I:

  1. Boot up live CD
  2. Open Restricted Drivers manager

the driver will be available there, but:

  3. Install driver
  4. Install ubuntu

Then, If after installation I don't copy the driver files from the live
file system into my HDD, the installed driver will not be available
after restart, and the installed drivers when in live CD mode will also
be gone. Also, I unable to install from within the installed system as
  well.

So, for now I have to install it manually from live CD using LAN, and
copy it manually to the hard drive each time I reinstall hardy.

I hope you understand what I mean
+
+ If you need further information, please tell me with instructions on how
+ to do it.
+
+ Thanks
