It appears to me the Kubuntu additions got moved from -scripts to pkg-
kde-tools, or rather copied. I will have to talk to Jonathan Riddell to
find out if there is anything special about that relation.
Essentially the solution is to drop the debian/scripts stuff from kdesdk
and make pkg-kde replace << VERSIONWITHOUTSCRIPTS
