I'm changing the status of this bug back to a "Triaged" state. The
reason is that a bug in an "In Progress" state should be assigned to a
specific member of the kernel team to indicate who on the kernel team is
working on the bug. Refer to

think this bug may inadvertently be getting overlooked since it is in an
In Progress state but a specific member of the kernel team is not
